How to Draw Hoods or Hoodies – Beginners Guide
Step 1: Start by drawing an outline for the face which is the baseline for the hoodie. Check the picture mentioned below for reference.
Step 2: Then draw the opening of the hood and for this draw a long curved line first and give the shape of an inverted teardrop with a sharp-pointed bottom. You should draw the shape that overlaps the head.
Step 3: Now erase the unwanted portion of the head and then draw a similar curved line outside the previously drawn shape. Both the curves must be kept in parallel and the ends should be joined as per the reference picture shown below.
Step 4: After that, draw some more curved lines to make the shades of cloth fold.
Step 5: Make a facial structure by drawing the eyes, nose, and mouth of a man who is wearing a hoodie.
Step 6: Draw some hair spikes as per the reference picture that fall on the forehead and some are at the back of the neck.

Step 1: First of all, draw an inverted teardrop shape for your hoodie base and you should pay attention to your drawing that the upper part of the teardrop must be broad.
Step 2: Above that, draw another curved line which is the opening for the hoodie that covers the face of the person.
Step 3: Then, start drawing a hand with a long horizontal curve and double it back upon itself. This is the formation of the hoody’s one sleeve.
